“When I close my eyes, you know at first, it's like a meditation. I just register everything is dark but as I sit with the darkness, it becomes more and more obvious that the darkness for me is made up of these bits of light. If I start to focus, I can find blue and red and yellow and green. I can start to find these colors. I see a lot of color in darkness.”
